We offer early-career investment professionals – including those with non-traditional backgrounds – mentorship and a place to spend ~4-6 years to develop as investors. While our managing partner retains trading authority, we provide a high degree of autonomy. At Highwest, you will develop your investment approach, build your track record, and deepen LP/allocator relationships.

The goal of our incubator program is for you to successfully spin out your own fund.

We are distributed by design globally and select for distinctive expertise – typically in inefficient geographies, sectors, or themes.
